@VerizonSupport I’ve been having some issues that standard and tier two support haven’t been able to resolve over monthly calls since September 2025. Can you give me a point of escalation.
@VerizonSupport is there an email or phone number for escalation? I’ve been working through an issue since March with no resolution and every time I call/stop to a store I restart the process. Despite multiple “we will research and call you back” no one has called back.
