#Real Estate is the clear leader on the 1-day chart (+2.25%) mainly because of a big move in data-center REITs, led by Digital Realty Trust $DLR

Digital Realty raised its full-year 2026 adjusted funds from operations (FFO) guidance to $8.15–$8.20 per share (from $8.00–$8.10) and lifted its revenue outlook to $6.85–$6.95 billion. Management pointed to strong leasing momentum from cloud and AI customers. Shares jumped roughly 15% — its best day in many years — and that single move was large enough to lift the whole S&P 500 Real Estate sector.
