i thank god ive been able to work out 5x a week. baby's nap time is my me time. baby tidur ja around 1:30pm, i jump out of bed and do my workout routine
my baby naps for 1 hr 30 mins, i usually finish my workout on 30 mins. another 1 hr? pure me time hehehe sometimes i scroll on my phone, read a book, do word search puzzles, or just melukis
