.@ICEgov has lodged detainers for TWO OBAMA-RELEASED illegal alien brothers who were involved in a construction site shooting that left a father DEAD.

Yovany Diego Lopez, from Guatemala, was arrested by local law enforcement after he fatally shot Joseph Manfredi and wounded two others during an argument. His brother, Armando Manuel Lopez Cobo was later arrested for being an accessory after the fact.
