Don’t like to criticize others’ work. But this piece I tripped over crosses silliness line. How often do you take “leadership training”? Answer clear. Every day. “Courses” largely irrelevant. Point is: Read EVERY day. Learn SOMETHING new EVERY day. Period. https://t.co/kHZYbab81z
Is nothing sacred? Even we at McKeever and Sullivan (the intersection where Ebbets Field stood) are horrified.
You guys took money from Hank Greenberg?? What is wrong with you???

@avc A whine: we try many restaurants but over the years have been to some dozens of times. Would it kill OpenTable/Resy to add a mark to a reservation indicating a returning guest? Or kill the host to say 'welcome back!'? I don't need to be treated special. Just appreciated.

@avc https://t.co/1hf7plX6F9 It's my perception - 1 person's opinion - that the community vibe on AVC went down substantially with comments on TWTR instead of Disqus. Anything to that... or just my confirmation bias showing through?
@avc Remember The Stockdale Paradox:
Retain faith that you will prevail in the end, regardless of the difficulties.
AND at the same time...
Confront the most brutal facts of your current reality, whatever they might be.
That's why we need the hard stuff AND the soft stuff. These create a Management Advantage.

@avc Meetings such as this 2x/yr can be just what remote workers and distributed teams will welcome to sustain connection and renew their energy. When we've done this, the feel-good time keeps us going for (at least) 6 months.
