@united by far the worst experience I have had traveling, and I have traveled in the back of cattle trailers. I have been told that customer service takes the weekends off, been redirected to five gates with no tangible information, and no intent to actually communicate

@united can’t even tell me where my bag is at in a foreign country but will ask me to sign up for another fight before they give me any tangible information. Cancel all flights with them before it is to late for you and save your money.

@united if you have any travel plans with this company, cancel now. They don’t care if you make your trip and will do everything in their power to cancel it. After 24 hours of cancelations I will be being legal action into the situation. Ridiculous.
