@eurowings Hi, unser Koffer ist seit Freitag verschollen. Verlustmeldung online gemacht. Aber bisher keinerlei Information von Eurowings. Außer, dass die Hotline nicht helfen kann, da ein externer Dienstleister sich um verlorene Koffer kümmert.
