@ODEONCinemas I am trying to change cinemas as I accidently applied voucher codes from vitality to wrong cinema, your live chat isn't working. How can I switch cinemas? There is no option in the app to cancel the booking and to reuse the voucher codes. It's been a very poor customer experience
@SamsungUK why have you not replied back to me despite escalations? Your customer service is abysmal. Despite numerous attempts to escalate, not a word back. I've never experienced such a poor level of aftercare and service, my fridge needs replacing and wasn't properly installed
