@AryanSi06687734 Every time there's a downfall for the IGL, it takes 2–3 years just to make a comeback—and many are still searching for a win. So it will be very difficult for him..Don't include Destro and Saym.they had bad tournamnets not downfall like him.
@AryanSi06687734 Same old story—mess up in the tournament, give excuses, then go on a trip to refresh the mind.Come back,go home, enjoy life with high salary, peform 3rd party scrim, return just a week before the officials, mess up again,go live, make more excuses & repeat the whole cycle over and over

It’s understandable to retain the players, but why keep the coach and analyst? It’s their job to ensure IGL can execute plans properly during game.If the team is struggling with execution, coach should solve it—and analyst guide the IGL by showing what meta is currently working
After every tournament, it’s the same story—just a new list of excuses.Every team faces setbacks, but they don’t hide behind them. When you're being paid this much, you're expected to rise above, not complain.

@AryanSi06687734 Every team faces issues—before the game, during the game—but they overcome them, perform, and move on without making excuses. But it feels like Soul has become the king of excuses lately. If you can't stick to your plan across 18 matches, then how can you even call a Tier 1 team?
