FYI: My dear Dad would have been 99 February 7th.
He passed 20 years ago now.

My Mother would have been 1 0 0 on January 15th.
She passed 11 years ago.

I still miss them both.

Yes My Brilliant grandson will be 10 Years old November 7th - That's the great news.😁

Hang in there. I have 2 type of depression, panic attacks,
anxiety, agoraphobia, night terrors, most of my life. I have accepted I am as good as I ever will be. I do not feel talking to psychiatrists, or therapists is of any help for me . I am what I am, and deal with it.
