BREAKING: ABC News drops bombshell, reveals that “efforts to keep Donald Trump off the 2024 ballot under the 14th Amendment” are “gaining steam” as “election officials in key states are preparing legal challenges to Trump's candidacy.”

But it gets WAY worse for Donald Trump…

ABC reports that “Arizona, Michigan, and New Hampshire” are “gaining momentum” in their quest to keep insurrectionist Trump off the ballot — which would decimate Trump’s chances of winning in 2024.

Adding insult to injury for Trump, Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson tells ABC News that “she and other secretaries of state from Pennsylvania, Georgia, Nevada, New Hampshire and Maine started having conversations over a year ago about preparing for the legal challenges to Trump's candidacy.”

This news comes as legal scholars across America — from both sides of the political aisle — are calling for Trump to be banned due to Section 3 of the U.S. Constitution's 14th Amendment, which states that an elected official is not eligible to assume public office if that person "engaged in insurrection or rebellion against.”

That description fits Trump and his actions like a glove.

BREAKING: Donald Trump gets shockingly bad news as the state of New Hampshire announces that it is "now carefully reviewing the legal issues involved" behind calls to remove Trump's name from the state's 2024 ballot — an apocalyptic scenario for the former president.

In a bombshell joint statement, New Hampshire Attorney General John M. Formella and Secretary of State David M. Scanlan stated that they are "aware of public discourse regarding the potential applicability" of Section 3 of the 14th Amendment.

This particular section disqualifies those who have taken an oath to support the Constitution from ever running for office again if they have "engaged in insurrection or rebellion."

Some Republicans are even pushing for Trump's removal from the ballot. Bryant "Corky” Messner, a Senate nominee who was actually endorsed by Trump, used the Amendment section to question Trump's eligibility.

While Formella and Scanlan insist that no decision has yet been made, the mere fact that this idea is now being publicly floated by the state's top officials is a terrible sign for MAGA.

The simple fact is that Trump should be barred from holding office ever again. He's a traitor and given the chance he will try to overthrow our democracy again.
