Every time someone on YouTube says "passive income," I check out.

Nothing about it is passive. The rental has tenants and 11pm phone calls. The automated business needs someone running it. Somebody is always doing the work, and if it isn't you, you're paying someone else to.

Passive income is just active income with better marketing.

Too many kava bars opening right now? Around Naples and Fort Myers, honestly yes. And a lot of them give the all natural, lab tested bars like us a bad rap.

But coffee shops have coexisted for decades. This industry will too. It just comes down to owners being responsible about what they put in front of people.

Funny thing is I didn't start behind the bar. I started as a customer. Moved down from Boston where places like this don't exist, walked into a kava bar as a regular, and now I'm the one making the drinks.

Hey Shawn, this started off great bringing light to 7oh but then you lump it with kratom overall. Misleading at the highest order. kratom naturally carries .01% 7oh which several studies have shown is not harmful. It is when companies make 60-90% pure 7oh products and then call it kratom.
