@Storage_Venture Over budget is different than over desired profit. If he shows invoices that substantiate the increase in materials so severely that it does not leave room for any profit at all , I may split if he also considers future goodwill .

@salimvalji Lots of these businesses would benefit from a break even calc before opening It’s the same story in Mission and 17th ave. Saturated markets with pizza and shawarma places that keep opening up and can’t make it with load of completion nearby. More diversity of options would help

@cofredhub High draft picks don't guarantee a game breaker, they help you acquire the possibility. A competitive team amidst not spending to the cap, trading away key pieces and having 2 junior goalies is fun for fans to watch. A culture of winning is more important than waiting too
