It will be very obvious in the future:

• People won't need a license to own a car anymore.
• Kids, elderly parents, and people with disabilities will all have independent mobility for the first time.
• The time that's usually wasted driving, can now be used for work, sleep, entertainment, etc.
• Parking lots will mostly disappear. Commercial, and personal Robotaxis will drop you off and leave.
• Insurance costs will plummet because human error is removed.
• No more drunk driving, texting while driving, or fatigue-related crashes.

Ultimately, I think car ownership becomes optional for a lot of people. You’ll just summon one when you need it.

There’s nobody more geared towards this future than @Tesla.

When I moved back to California 5 years ago, my wife and I shared a car with 2 kids to save money.

I rode a bike to work for 9 months.

I told people I did it for the exercise, but really it was the best financial solution I could come up with at the time.

My boss was embarrassed and asked I not talk about biking to work around clients.

One night, I left my bike at the office and it was stolen. (My dumb mistake)

It wasn’t easy, but we scraped together our emergency savings and reviewed our family budget.

Turns out we had saved enough to put down a decent down payment and qualify for $380/month car payment.

We bought a car that we could afford to fit our growing family.

It was a very proud day for the Tuttles!

I wouldn’t trade those experiences on the bike even if I could.

In a world where very few cultural icons are positive role models, it’s refreshing to watch @markwahlberg speak so sincerely about his commitment to his faith in Christ.

Rarely do A-list Hollywood actors so openly show a sincere love for God and respect for tradition, so I was truly touched to hear Wahlberg say of his faith “ …it is everything, it's afforded me so many things. Obviously, you know, God didn’t come to save the saints. He came to save the sinners. We’ve all had things and issues in our lives, and we want to be better versions of ourselves, and through focusing on my faith, it's allowed me to do that."

I have been a huge Wahlberg fan for a long time, and it is refreshing to see a Hollywood actor who rejects ‘going woke’ and instead embraces ‘going to church.’
