illness. We took him in 3 separate times over 7 days for the same issues. We never really got a diagnosis, but spent $1300. He eventually recuperated. Petsbest requires a separate claim for each visit. They denied any payment because no one visit met the deductable.

Terrible company. Do not do business with them. After many years with only one claim, my little dog started acting very strangely. Many symptoms including staggering, bloody stools, listless attitude, and more led us to take him to a vet ER. Their notes said he had undiagnosed
