@chrislemley @ImCollegeSoccer Agree! Sometimes it is about the coach and not the player. Favouritism, relationships with parents, and who know what else, can be at play. Yes, players should be guided to reflect on their motivation, effort, skill etc, but coaches also need to reflect.
