@pokemongoappuk I had a pretty good morning at the park on Friday, but it was made much more difficult because the facilities for parents with babies were so poor. What's the best way to send feedback about that for next time?
@jesslynnrose I only use it about twice a month, but an “ouvre-tout” for opening stuck jars or maple syrup bottles is a perfect tool for those moments, so brings joy to me! We have one like this: https://t.co/GLw4OtW6Xv
@chaz_6@ONSgeography@owenboswarva@darkgreener I've published a new version of the data (v5) in which ME3 is fixed and updated the download link in the blog post to refer to that. Thanks for letting me know about that.
I've just published #opendata postcode boundaries generated from @ONSgeography's NSUL dataset. You can find more details and a link to download the data in my blog post here: https://t.co/NK9qpxd7li cc: @owenboswarva@darkgreener
@danc00ks0n@ONSgeography@owenboswarva@darkgreener Oh, that's very nice! Thanks - I didn't know about that. It looks like although anyone can download the boundary data you can only use it under PGSA or OSMA, unfortunately.
@undertheraedar@ONSgeography@owenboswarva@darkgreener Thanks! Yes, it'd be great to compare the results 👍 I'd also be interested in the tools you're using, since I was very much just using software I was familiar with and I'm sure it could be sped up a lot.
@IanHopkinson_ @ONSgeography@owenboswarva@darkgreener Thanks for the suggestion! I've just checked, and unfortunately OS Open UPRN does include historic UPRNs, etc. and the only columns are the UPRN and its coordinates so I don't think you could use that to filter out the irrelevant UPRNs.
Main caveats (more on these in the blog post): this doesn't include boundaries for Northern Ireland, since there are no UPRNs for NI included in NSUL. Also there are lots of UPRNs in NSUL that don't represent current postal addresses, which distorts some of the boundaries.
Someone may well have done this already, but I'm not aware of that if so! For me it's been a spare time project, mostly done in rare and short slots of free time over the last miserable year, I guess because I find #gis projects enjoyable :)
@dafyddbach@dracos Based on NSUL, I think CH4 0DF is one of these - one of the addresses of Bretton Hall Farm is over the border in England (UPRN 200000986523). (Oh, I see that @psd has this covered, but hey, I made a picture, so I'll post this anyway :))
@Census2021 Hi - could you possibly tell me when shapefiles with the boundaries of Output Areas for the 2021 census will be released? I'm having trouble figuring this out
@symroe I think generally the "Previously..." will fill in the story gaps OK if you're willing to skip lots of episodes? For me, the brilliant episode in season 5 that mustn't be skipped is “The Supremes” (5x17). I'll share my spreadsheet of episode scores with you for other suggestions.
