@SnowCastle100@leinsterrugby Your opinion, but I stand by my opinion that there is too much nationality tourism in rugby & that AB’s pioneered the model. Northern hemisphere nations (possibly France excepted) eagerly embraced it in an effort to close the talent gap.
@mtbboy21@LeicesterTigers Certainly not expensive - ask any Bath supporter how much they pay to sit in the rain. Disappointing crowds for the two home games.
@Seb_Parker Totally different, Alaalatoa was out of control & dived straight over the ruck in a dangerous manner. Accept the outcome, move on & focus on the next match
@darrengrimes The lack of details means that you would make a speculative guess based upon your personal opinions & prejudices not an “educated” guess!
@mpilokhumalo_ Why would disrespect to England be acceptable? All teams, nations, anthems & traditions should be respected. Otherwise sport, including rugby, becomes shallow & baseless.
@ATCLeicester the new traffic light sequence at Foxhunter roundabout Narborough is creating major issues by causing vehicles to be stationary on the roundabout between the two sets of lights
@FromLe2 In my experience, behaviour significantly deteriorates at Friday night & marquee games when non-fans rock up with the intention of getting bladdered instead of enjoying the game. Both semi-finals were hugely enjoyable & competitive & we should celebrate that.
@SkySportsNews What a pile of old pony! The only possible link with the 1966 World Cup is that the price of a shirt is probably equivalent to the bonus paid to the entire England team & the fact that the design is very similar to the German team shirt.
@RugbyTigers Don't forget to factor in "shrinkflation" now that we have 2 fewer premiership games. Add in the ever changing kick off times/days to accommodate our "generous" TV broadcasters - Sundays & night games become very challenging for supporters relying on public transport. 10% max.
@MartinSLewis@EastMidRailway Welcome to my world Martin. As a resident of Leicester your experience represents normality for me - dirty polluting diesel trains, poor service & over priced fares due to EMR's monopoly. The line is electrified as far as Corby - unlikely I'll see electric in my lifetime!
@RugbySaracens@thetimes@Courtney_Lawes Wow - someone needs to grow a slightly thicker skin! I don’t recall any condemnation of Stephen Jones’ unfailingly sycophantic pieces on Farrell/Saracens 🤔
