When I onboarded my manager put together a Trello board with a column for each week. Each week had cards for different tasks. I also had a pipeline with cards introducing each team member!

Bazel in Angular (and for the front end dev in general) is still highly experimental, unoptimized, and w/ lots of ergonomics issues, but we see a great potential in it. We might fail, but in 2015 we made a similar high risk bet on @typescriptlang and that turned out OK...so... ☺
