@ianmconnor @MB_Brisbane Nope, I ended up calling another MB dealership and got an answer almost straight away

[Michael Humphreys @mhumphreys86]

@VirginAustralia How many keep original receipts for clothes? Poor customer service.

[Michael Humphreys @mhumphreys86]

@SuperRugbyAUS @QantasWallabies 5 Waratahs in scrum after hardly winning a lineout and being destroyed in scrum! Loosies were great though!

[Michael Humphreys @mhumphreys86]

@VirginAustralia Yes, and told you won't replace anything without original receipts.

[Michael Humphreys @mhumphreys86]

@VirginAustralia The wine wasn't spilt IN my baggage, it was from someone else's baggage.

[Michael Humphreys @mhumphreys86]

@VirginAustralia That's ridiculous. The bottle of wine wasn't in my bag, it just ended up all over my clothes.

[Michael Humphreys @mhumphreys86]

Quality customer service by @VirginAustralia clothes destroyed by a wine spill in baggage but refusing to replace them #nexttimeflyquantas

[Michael Humphreys @mhumphreys86]
