Wood-Fire Giant Ribeye Steak Recipe! 🥩

Ingredients:
• 2 Giant Ribeye Steaks (1.5 lbs each) • 4 tbsp butter • 4 garlic cloves • Fresh rosemary & thyme • Salt & black pepper • 2 corn on the cob • Baby potatoes
How I made it:
1. Let steaks come to room temperature, season heavily with salt & pepper. 2. Heat cast iron on wood fire till smoking hot. 3. Add butter, garlic, herbs - baste steaks for 4 mins each side. 4. Add corn & potatoes on side, let them char a bit. 5. Rest steaks for 10 mins - most important step! 6. Slice and enjoy with smoky butter.

Here is my cabin-style Giant Chicken Stew recipe! 🏕️❤️

Ingredients:
• 2 lbs Chicken thighs (bone-in) • 4 large potatoes, diced • 3 carrots, sliced • 1 large onion, chopped • 1 cup mushrooms • 4 cups chicken broth • 1 cup heavy cream • 3 tbsp butter • Salt, black pepper, garlic powder, thyme • Wood fire & cast iron pot 😍
How I made it:
1. Heated my cast iron pot on wood fire for 10 mins. 2. Melted butter, added onion & garlic, cooked till golden. 3. Added chicken, seared for 8-10 minutes until brown. 4. Added potatoes, carrots, mushrooms, mixed well. 5. Poured chicken broth, covered with lid, let it simmer for 2.5 hours on low wood fire. This is the secret! 6. Last 30 mins, added heavy cream, thyme, salt & pepper. 7. Stirred slowly until creamy and thick.
It was so creamy and smoky! My whole cabin smelled amazing.
