@Tesco This keeps getting better …. DM’d Tesco AGAIN as requested and explained the issue. I got an automated robot response to fill in a questionnaire ! Seems like I am having to do all the work here. Glad to see @Tesco has customer care as top priority !!
@Tesco let me down again. It’s not the issue or problem that defines you, it’s how you fix it that customers remember and your customer service team apparently can’t be bothered!
@ghbrady@Toto64137893@nickypaulsmith@GaryBarlow I never said was anyone’s fault. I went to the show, I took all precautions and I am triple vaccinated. I loved the show but now wishing I hadn’t gone due to impact on my friends and family.
@virginmedia Your customer service team is rubbish.... No update on my fault on my business service, nor my escalated complaint. Weeks with interrupted service & hours on the phone + being here for 4 engineer visits... the two of which were unnecessary, as predicted.
Worst. Service. Ever.
