@Hertz have you folks used your own Customer Suppprt ? AI agent driven system is broken to say the least. Any attempt to get help takes you to option for live agent and guess what ? It will bring you back to the start.

Filed lost and found report. Got email that item recovered.
No link in email works in any browser or laptop or phone. Tried in chrome, Firefox. Safari on 3 computers.
Worst part, tagging hertz, prompted scammer call offering money.

Netbanking app is pathetic at best. There is no resiliency built in whatsoever. Dropped connection for millisec will force user to logout before starting again. No action will go through without that.
Prompts you for feedback but will "crash" for negative feedback.

Return flight from Jaipur to Mumbai on 28th was delayed by almost 3 hours. One would expect airline to show courtesy to offer free snacks, especially after IMing this π
