@miranglosaxon8 eds can be so all-consuming :(
the routine sounds ritualistic. is there a reason it makes u feel less guilty to do it? like any part of it that's comforting to you? i ask bc it might be good to identify what it does to serve you and maybe find something similar but less intense?
"i deserve to eat smth !"
why did i eat that
"this fits in my calories for today !"
why did i eat that
"i have things to do so i should eat for energy !"
why did i eat that
"fuck this disorder im recovering !"
why did i eat that
"i want a sweet treat !"
why did i eat that
💔
@myemiiis another thing i did to improve quickly was pick a random dance play and learn each of the dances in that random dance play. it introduced me to a BUNCH of kpop dances with different levels of intensity and dance styles
@myemiiis start at slower playback speeds & mirror the dances. i recommend looking at tutorial videos and using a mirror to watch yourself execute moves. i also encourage recording urself to improve the execution of dances. it can be uncomfortable but it helps a lot!
@losing_lacy no literally. i want kids but i would wanna recover for myself and to not have my future kids adopt my unhealthy eating habits as a result moreso than bc of fertility
@k1llkcals for me, at night it can be really hard to focus. i almost turned into the wrong lane the other day bc of brain fog. i feel okay to drive bc my town is p dead usually but if its busier, i would NOT drive
id try to snack or something before u do drive, that usually helps me!
