I mean statistically the average American is wealthier than the average European even when you factor in healthcare/food costs, etc. I think the confusing bit is the sheer amount of time you’re either willing to/allowed to take off of work. Even if you had accrued two months of holiday pay in the US I don’t know anyone, rich or not, that would take it all at once? Perhaps they’re people with jobs that are flexible with remote work, or people who are retired, etc. it’s hard for me to imagine like a dentist, a lawyer, a professor, etc. being able to just jump ship for a month but I know our holiday allowance is different for different countries.
Cilantro (coriander). It tastes like window cleaner and makes everything it touches taste like actual poison. I know it’s something to do with being able to taste a compound within it that not everyone can taste, but it is so vile. I wish I could understand how it tastes to everyone else. For me it tastes exactly like drain cleaner or bug spray, it has no other flavor.
Yeah that’s r*tarded, it’s just shit talking which is normal. I expect shit talking… the Americans are more likely “it’s called soccer now beech!!” And Europe, Aussie and Canada are more like “hope you enjoy your kids getting their skulls blown up in school and you go bankrupt when you inevitably get cancer you fat fuck”…
hits a bit different ngl lol
