@bjkerkela @HeatNationCP You seem to be because you haven’t watched this dude go from rewinding VCR tapes as an intern to becoming the head coach — and work with arguably the most talented rosters in recent NBA memory. Spo is great at player development; not nearly as good at running a roster.

Defense needs work — that’s coaching, not talent. Ask any good defender and they will tell you it’s about effort. You don’t get better effort and confidence by creating complicated schemes. 32 points in 27 minutes for Serbia recently means he’s ready. He only played in 8 games for the Heat since January. We didn’t have a good season despite a ton of talent. That’s on Spo.
