The packaging of the western world was too much, and everyone became lazy. People want to steal just to live like the West, a life that doesn't even exist. We all thought you're not supposed to work, just eat and get free money. We saw mechanical engineering as illiteracy and farming as failure. We started depending on free money and chasing the Hollywood lifestyle. Even the ones going into politics are only doing it to steal and live that same lifestyle. Funny enough, it's all a mirage. It's a taboo for me to do farm work in my own country, but it's fine for me to work 14 hours a day on a farm abroad. It's all the movies. The average Nigerian wants to look better than his neighbour, so he starts chasing validation just to earn the badge.
The attempt by the Attorney-General and Treasury CS to halt this case is a diversion. The High Court has already affirmed jurisdiction, and Kenyans deserve answers on how nearly Sh7 trillion was borrowed and spent. Accountability cannot be outsourced or delayed the Constitution demands transparency, and we will not relent until every shilling is accounted for. The law cannot wait for a forensic audit to determine if the Constitution was violated.
I wish to express my solidarity with our Venezuelan brothers and sisters affected by the recent earthquakes, which have caused numerous deaths and injuries, as well as extensive damage to property. Praying to the Lord for the eternal rest of the deceased, I renew my spiritual solidarity with their families, the injured, and all who have been shaken by this tragedy. I also wish to express my gratitude and encouragement to those generously working on search and rescue efforts and providing assistance.
Yesterday was a day of service on two fronts.
In the morning, I appeared before the High Court in the case challenging the Kenya, US Framework Agreement on Health. This case seeks to safeguard Kenya’s sovereignty, uphold the Constitution, and protect the integrity of our public health system.
In the afternoon, I returned to court for the public debt case. The court delivered an important ruling, including striking the IMF from the proceedings on the basis of diplomatic immunity. While we respect the court’s decision, the fundamental constitutional questions surrounding Kenya’s public debt remain before the court, and we will continue pursuing transparency, accountability, and justice.
I had planned to join fellow Kenyans in commemorating the anniversary of the Gen Z movement and honoring those who paid the ultimate price on 25th June 2024. Regrettably, my court commitments made that impossible.
Yesterday was not only a day of remembrance. It was a solemn reminder of the courage of young Kenyans who stood for justice, accountability, good governance, and constitutionalism. We honor those whose lives were cut short, and we recommit ourselves to ensuring that their sacrifice was not in vain. The surest way to honor their memory is to continue defending the Constitution, protecting human rights, and demanding accountable leadership.
Although I could not be physically present, I was privileged to support the Nairobi CBD Medical Camp by donating bottled drinking water to help ensure that protesters, patients, medical personnel, and volunteers had access to safe drinking water throughout the day.
The struggle for constitutionalism takes many forms. Sometimes it is in the streets. Sometimes it is in the courtroom. Every peaceful and lawful effort strengthens our democracy.
I remain steadfast in this cause. We remember our fallen Gen Z heroes with gratitude. We honor their sacrifice through action. We will not relent until Kenya fully lives up to the promise of its Constitution.

Thank you for the solidarity and the unwavering support from you and the @UGMParty. This victory does not belong to me, but to the people of Kenya and the Constitution we swore to protect.
If we depend solely on mainstream media to tell us what matters, we will remain perpetually distracted while the country is picked clean. Just like the current ‘beef’ btwn WSR and Gideon.
We must be intentional & support independent alternative media, and keep our eyes firmly on the ball. Let them chase their clicks. We will continue to chase justice and accountability in the corridors of the courts and on the streets. Sauti ya mwananchi haitazimwa. Viva ✊🏾
High Court throws out AG Oduor's application to block Senator Okiya Omtatah's Sh7 trillion public debt case, judges rule petition will go to full hearing.
A lot of you need to decenter that Instagram lavish way of life, so you can start thinking like normal beings.
You are a Kenyan , living in Nairobi, no special talent or skill , fuel is ksh 200 , rent is skyrocketing everywhere, Teacher's are earning 17k a month. Ruto is the president and Duale is the cs health Trust me you are closer to being homeless or dead than driving that 2025 gle.
I was arrested this morning together with fellow patriotic Kenyans during our procession to present a petition to the Kenya Wildlife Services against the excision of part of the Nairobi National Park to construct a 1300-car parking lot.
Our national heritage and environment must be safeguarded from greed and unnecessary destruction without public participation.
Kenyans deserve justice that is transparent, reasoned, and accountable.
Today, I have petitioned the Judicial Service Commission @jsckenya to investigate three Court of Appeal judges who suspended High Court orders blocking the Kenya-US Health Cooperation Framework, but withheld their reasons for doing so until October 2026.
My concern is not that they ruled against me. It is that an immediately enforceable decision was issued without reasons, effectively frustrating a timely appeal to the @THE_SCOK and denying Kenyans meaningful access to justice.
Judicial independence must be protected. But independence and accountability must go hand in hand. No institution is above the Constitution.

When you hear politicians suddenly uniting to tell you who the “enemy” is, pause and ask yourself one question:
Who benefits when citizens are divided and distracted?
Too often, the political class closes ranks not to defend the people, but to defend the system that feeds them. They want Kenyans fighting each other while corruption, impunity, unemployment, and economic injustice continue unchecked.
The moment someone begins questioning the structure of exploitation, the wardens of the prison quickly unite and point at a new “enemy” to keep the prisoners distracted.
Kenyans must stop worshipping political camps and start defending principles. Accountability is not tribal. Justice is not regional. Truth is not partisan.
The real struggle is not between ordinary citizens. The real struggle is between a corrupt system and the people paying the price for it every day.
Also notice how both sides have the same tactic
Ukisema hutaki Ruto wewe ni mtu wa Gachagua na ukisema hutaki Gachagua wewe ni wa Ruto. They are really desperate to fix you in the two bogus camps. That is why pia mainstream media huavoid real alternatives like Maraga/Omtatah
Harry Truman once said: “The only thing new in the world is the history you do not know.”
Fellow Kenyans, our crisis did not begin yesterday.
The looting. The illegal debt. The betrayal of the Constitution. The collapse of public services. The silence of career politicians. These are old scripts repeated by leaders who believe Kenyans forget quickly.
They believe another scandal will trend. Another distraction will come. Another funeral, another handshake, another coalition, another slogan.
Meanwhile, you pay more taxes for debts you never approved and never benefited from.
Between 2014 and 2024, Kenya borrowed Sh9.11 trillion. Only Sh2.57 trillion received proper parliamentary approval. The remaining Sh6.54 trillion is odious debt, unconstitutional borrowing forced onto the backs of struggling citizens.
This is why food prices rise while wages stagnate. This is why hospitals lack medicine while billions disappear. This is why schools decline while politicians grow richer. This is why young people graduate into hopelessness.
And while Kenya bleeds, legacy politicians remain silent. Many are not fighting to fix the system. They are fighting to inherit it.
They criminalize protesters. They weaponize police. They reward political loyalists with advisory jobs funded by taxpayers. They protect corruption networks while ordinary Kenyans suffer.
We go to court because the Constitution is the last line of defense between the people and organized state plunder.
From the struggle for independence in 1963, to Saba Saba, to the 2010 Constitution, every generation of Kenyans has been called to defend freedom against greed and impunity. History is watching us now.
If we remain silent while our country is looted, future generations will remember us as the people who watched Kenya collapse and did nothing.
Read history. Defend the Constitution. Reject fear. Reject silence. Reject thieves disguised as leaders.
We must be a nation that reads, remembers, and refuses to be misled by the same old tricks. Know your history, defend your rights, and let us not be "newly" surprised by what we should have already learned.

Listen here, many of us rallied behind names like Maraga, Omtata, and Kigame because we genuinely wanted something different. Leadership grounded in integrity, principle, and accountability. We can’t now abandon that foundation and start entertaining alliances with politicians whose records raise the very doubts we were trying to move away from.
If Sifuna and others feel the need to join alliances, that’s their choice but it shouldn’t dilute the original vision. This is not a trial-and-error exercise. Either we, as voters, are truly done with recycling mediocrity and ready to back principled leadership, or we admit we’re comfortable with the same cycles repeating.
Any alliance with the usual political class inevitably comes with negotiations, positions, influence, compromises. Let’s not pretend it’s purely about public good. If the goal is to dismantle a broken system, it won’t happen by keeping its biggest beneficiaries within arm’s reach of power.
Let Maraga stand with a team that reflects the same values he represents. Let him run that race on integrity, not convenience. If such a team wins, then it’s a victory for principle. If it loses, then at least it’s clear that the country was presented with a genuine alternative and chose otherwise.
At the end of the day, you can lead people to a better option, but you can’t force them to choose it, the same way you can take a donkey to the river but you can't force it to drink the water.
