@Metrorailinfo reduced speed, 10+ minute lead times for red line train during rush hour and no air conditioner on the trains. Amazing!

@Metrorailinfo 3219. The train has basically had downgraded service the whole time. If we are single tracking or there’s a signal issue let us know. We are exhausted commuters. Your conductor is making announcements no one can hear

@Metrorailinfo it would be great if your train conductors made clear announcements or if you actually posted the status of the red line train. No alerts or delays yet going slower than single tracking through NoMa. Embarrassing
