I know it's hard not to worry and fret ... but we don’t have to figure our present circumstances out. We don’t have to know all the whys and what-ifs. All we have to do is trust.
In quiet humility and without a personal agenda, let's make the decision to let God sort it all out.
The older the stds you teach, the greater responsibility you have to address false beliefs learners hold about their potential & shift cultural beliefs about maths that students absorb. High school & college tchrs - this may not be why you went into tchg but it is so important!

Five of my fave questions for inappropriate behavior:
1. Why do you think that is ok?
2. Where did u learn this (behavior)?
3. Who in your life believes that’s ok?
4. How can you help fix this?
5. What can we/you do differently?

Education is a profession that can be very difficult. You're dealing with people, and sometimes young people can be hard to motivate, manage, and care for when emotions are involved. Intentionally practice seeking out the good in others and telling them about it whenever we can.
