Today I’m thankful that I had a mother who prayed for me. I believe the prayers of a mother echo farther than we can ever imagine. Happy Mother’s Day to the women who hold families together, carry burdens nobody sees, love without keeping score, and quietly pour themselves out day after day. The world keeps moving because mothers keep doing what moms do.

Father,
Search our hearts and remove pride, bitterness, and offense. Give us humility to admit where we are wrong, and grace to forgive where we have been hurt.
Your Word calls us to pursue reconciliation, so give us courage to take that step. And as Ephesians 4:31-32 teaches, help us put away anger and walk in kindness and forgiveness.
Jesus, You have already torn down every wall between us, as seen in Ephesians 2:14. Help us not rebuild what You destroyed.
Holy Spirit, guide our words, soften our hearts, and restore what has been broken.
We surrender this to You.
In Jesus’ name,
Amen
Declare With Me (Out Loud)
April 8, 2026
Today I declare that Jesus Christ is Lord over my life. He is the Son of God, the Lamb who was slain, and the risen King who reigns forever.
I believe that He died for my sins and was raised for my justification (Romans 4:25). Because of His sacrifice, I am forgiven, I am made new, and I am set free (2 Corinthians 5:17).
I am not condemned, because I am in Christ Jesus (Romans 8:1). I have been redeemed by His blood and adopted into the family of God (Ephesians 1:7).
Today I stand in righteousness, not by my works, but by His grace (Ephesians 2:8-9).
I am chosen, holy, and dearly loved (Colossians 3:12).
I declare that the same Spirit who raised Jesus from the dead now lives in me (Romans 8:11). I walk in power, in truth, and in victory.
Sin has no dominion over me, because I am captured by grace (Romans 6:14). I am no longer a slave to fear, but a child of God.
I fix my eyes on Jesus, the author and finisher of my faith (Hebrews 12:2). My life is hidden with Christ in God, and my future is secure in Him (Colossians 3:3).
I will walk by faith and not by sight (2 Corinthians 5:7). I will love what He loves, despise what He hates, and live for His glory.
No weapon formed against me shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). In all things, I am more than a conqueror through Him who loves me (Romans 8:37).
Today I declare:
Jesus is my Savior.
Jesus is my King.
Jesus is my life.
And I will follow Him, boldly and faithfully, all the days of my life.
In Jesus’ name, amen

Father in Heaven,
We come to You with the weight of real life on our shoulders. Some of us are tired. Some of us are grieving. Some of us are ashamed of what we have done. Some of us are crushed by what has been done to us. Some of us are standing in the middle of a storm that feels too strong, too long, too painful, too confusing. The enemy whispers life is over. Fear tells us we are trapped. Sin tells us we are dirty. Regret tells us we are disqualified. Suffering tells us we are abandoned. Death itself tries to preach the final sermon over our lives.
But God.
But God…You are rich in mercy. But God…You do not leave Your children in the graveyard of despair. But God…where sin abounded, grace abounded much more. But God…when we were dead in trespasses and sins, You made us alive together with Christ. But God…when the pit was deep, Your arm was deeper still. But God…when the night was long, Your light was not extinguished. But God…when the world says “finished,” You speak resurrection. But God…when our hearts fail, You remain the strength of our heart and our portion forever.
Lord, write those two words across our lives: but God.
When we look at our past and all we see is brokenness, but God.
We look at our families and see division…but God.
We look at our nation and see confusion…but God.
We look at our hearts and see weakness…but God.
We look at the doctor’s report, the bank account, the betrayal, the addiction, the anxiety, the loneliness, the prodigal child, the closed door, the unanswered question, the years that seem wasted, teach us to say with holy defiance…BUT GOD.
But God is the turning point….
We were lost, but God pursued us. We were guilty, but God justified us. We were dead, but God made us alive. We were enemies, but God reconciled us. We were far off, but God brought us near by the blood of Jesus Christ.
Lord Jesus, thank You that the cross looked like defeat, but God turned it into eternal victory. The tomb looked final, but God raised You from the dead. Hell thought it had won, but God put death to death. The stone was set, the guards were posted, hope looked buried, but God.
Teach us to live in this covenant reality.
On the unshakable, blood-bought, resurrection-declaring truth that You are the God who intervenes, the God who interrupts darkness, the God who overturns verdicts, the God who splits seas, topples giants, opens prison doors, heals the brokenhearted, forgives the worst sinner, restores the years the locusts have eaten, and calls dead men out of graves.
So today, for the one who feels too far gone, let this be their cry: but God.
For the one drowning in shame: but God.
For the one battling secret sin: but God.
For the one who buried a dream and called it over: but God.
For the one who cannot see a way forward: but God.
For the one who has believed the lie that they will never change: but God.
Holy Spirit, breathe on dry bones. Wake up sleeping hearts. Tear down the altars of unbelief. Break the agreement we have made with despair. Silence the voice of accusation. Crush the serpent under the feet of Christ. Lift bowed heads. Steady trembling hands. Strengthen feeble knees. Put fire in our soul.

Father in heaven,
You are the great I AM, the One who was and is and is to come. You have revealed Yourself from the beginning, not as a distant God, but as the living, eternal One who speaks, who sees, who saves. And we come before You with reverence, because there is no one like You.
Lord, we thank You that You did not leave us guessing about who You are. You made Yourself known. You spoke through the prophets, and in these last days, You have spoken to us through Your Son. And in Jesus, we see You clearly, not hidden, not distant, but revealed in flesh and blood.
Jesus, we confess You as Lord. Not just a messenger, not just a servant, but the fullness of God dwelling among us. You are the image of the invisible God. You are the Word made flesh. You are the One before whom every knee will bow and every tongue will confess that You are Lord.
Forgive us, Lord, for the times we have tried to reduce You, to divide what You have made one, to honor You with our lips while missing the fullness of who You are. Open our eyes to see You rightly, not partially, but fully, as You have revealed Yourself.
We stand in awe that You did not save us from a distance, but that You came near. That You stepped into our brokenness, carried our sin, and reconciled us to Yourself. Not by our effort, but by Your grace.
Teach us to honor the Son just as we honor the Father. Teach us to worship You in spirit and in truth. Let our lives reflect a devotion that is not divided, but whole, surrendered, and alive.
Anchor us in this truth, that in knowing Jesus, we know You. That in seeing Him, we see You. That in worshiping Him, we are worshiping You.
Let that reality shape how we live, how we speak, how we love.
We belong to You. And we give You all the glory.
In the name of Jesus,
Amen

🇺🇸 BREAKING: Historic wildfires in Nebraska have now burned 800,000+ acres, devastating ranchland across the state.
This is the largest wildfire outbreak in state history.
Ranchers are losing grazing land, feed, and entire operations — with over 35,000+ cattle affected as pasture disappears.
Pray for Nebraska 🙏🏼
