I visited an AA meeting in Manhattan tonight celebrating a dear friend who’s 2 yrs sober. I witnessed more hope, healing and redemption, and (dare I say) I heard more actual gospel in that hour than you’ll get in 90% of US churches in a month of Sundays.
I get it.

I don't think I'd ever gone to the theatre alone until the recent past. Not my favorite experience either.
