@DavidCripton Hi @DavidCripton glad you like the book! Yes, it's difficult to provide a target time for that test as home hiking benches vary a lot in weight/dimensions. Try set a baseline time for yourself, then set some targets 10-20% longer (assuming a 5-10 min first attempt).
