J’ai aussi entendu parler de SASU + holding pour se verser des dividendes, protéger ses actifs, réinvestir…
Mais ça semble prématuré pour un solo founder au démarrage.
Des retours sur ce montage ? À quel moment y penser ?

La SASU permet une vraie séparation perso/pro, d’être crédible face aux clients, et de faire entrer d’autres associés plus tard.
Mais la mise en place est plus lourde (coûts, gestion, obligations).
Certains ont commencé direct en SASU ?

La micro-entreprise semble la voie la plus rapide pour démarrer.
Mais :
– plafond de CA
– pas de séparation perso/pro
– peu évolutif
Changer de statut ensuite = démarches + complexité
