Getting blown out by a 6-6 Oklahoma team with the 94th ranked offense wasn’t a dealbreaker for Alabama, but Miami losing by 4 points to 9-3 Syracuse did them in.
Absolutely absurd special treatment.
JUST IN: Teamsters will *not* endorse for president after their member polling gave Donald Trump an overwhelming lead over Kamala Harris.
Electronic Member Poll:
Trump: 59.6%
Harris: 34.0%
The decision comes just two days after union leaders and members met privately with Kamala Harris who was apparently unsuccessful in winning some of them over.
This is the first time in about three decades that the Teamsters will not endorse a candidate, "a blow to the Democratic Party" as reported by the WaPo.
"The Teamsters have a strong presence in battleground states and could play an outsize role in the election," WaPo reports.
The video below is of Teamsters President Sean O'Brien earlier this month.
Both industrial production and retail sales exceeded expectations…so did recent inflation data. While I do think interest rates are too high relative to inflation right now (by about 1%), there is no reason for the Fed to hurry. 25 bps is right. 50 bps would be political.
I think we need to get news people out of presidential debates. The “fact-checking,” the “snide comments,” the way each candidate is asked questions…is clearly not equal. I don’t know how to do it. High school debates are better than this.
OK…Now ABC is actually analyzing Trumps economic plans. Saying tariffs may raise prices. Will they analyze Harris plans?…like price controls leading to scarcity or $25,000 subsidies per house leading to higher house prices?
