@HM_Passport We are due to travel on 25 October and are still waiting for my daughters passport.
We applied beginning September. Have rang up countless times and been on hold for nearly 3 hours.
Have sent an email and would like to know for certain if its going to arrive or not.

@HM_Passport 10 weeks was not the time frame you had when we applied ?? It was 5/6 weeks. It’s an absolute joke of a service. I can’t believe how bad and disorganised it is. The MP has had the home office involved and your excuse was it’s not passed the 10 week time frame!
