@XBOXSupport I require your assistance I had a ticket raised due to unable to add payment method due to a risk safe I was told that I would be able to add once the ticket was closed and it was last night but still not able to add payment method to my account?
@Microsoft@xboxuk I’m trying to add a new payment method but I’m keep facing a error messages saying unable to add try again later I original had this payment method on my account I took it off by mistake and re-adding it but no avail any help?
