@joeretired41 Good summary. My gut tells me they paused Sawston build out as they are short on cash and are hiding behind “design” changes. Didn’t they know there is a leukaphersis shortage and address this bottleneck first? In my view, poor planning. Long since 2017 so I can gripe.
$Nwbo Well, 10q shows C suite construction paused due to design changes. Obviously they didn’t know what they were doing when they announced this in November and LP indicated further delays at ASM. Correlation to approval status? Frustrating. .
@ATLnsider It was mainly a repeat of what was said at ASM. Unless something occurs in next month, I expect something more detailed in next 10q in mid May.
@jascanlan@FlemmingBruce It was my understanding that Advent would charge NWBO “cost” plus 15% for specials prior to merger. Cost can be whatever number you decide. This was never disclosed in any NWBO filings. Now that arrangement is gone and we really get to see what their revenue is.
@FlemmingBruce@jascanlan The 10k will really tell the story. With all the employees at Sawston now in NWBO, you have to pay them. There has to be a decent revenue stream coming into NWBO, otherwise, dilution would be increasing. And they still have to pay for C suite construction
@jacob_walk_10x There is no new data. They are just rehashing data from late last year. Bigger concern is potential delay in phase 2b program. All they say is they anticipate results in 4Q26. They have not stated that they have started dosing patients. Delays = dilution.
@benjamin_h_it Please do your research and report accurate data. There is no special dividend. The company plans no dividends as stated on page 36 of the recent 10k.
@d_stock07734@Hspooner665 So how were Advent employees being paid before the merger? Unless LP was paying for this out of her own pocket via Toucan, there has to be some revenue that should be reported going forward. We will see in a few weeks.
@BTree722@Hspooner665 No. I did not say they are backfilling 6 positions. I’m saying everyone jumps to conclusions that every new hire is a new position. Don’t get me wrong. I want them to succeed. I’ve got 565k shares to back that up.
@BTree722@Hspooner665 I don’t. But you can’t make a claim that all these hires are new headcount without understanding that some jobs could be backfill. All companies have some rates of attrition.
@Investisco After approval, LP needs to take some of the standby equity funding from Yorkville and offer a very small dividend to flush out the naked shorts. This will help get the price up to a level to get out of the OTC. IMO
