About 16 months. (After living expense free for those 16 months and getting EBT and Health benefits)
Some are brand new apartment complexes.

1-2 year contracts with food providers
A retainer with Legal Firms
Contracts with daycare and ESL programs.
At least 2 years of commitment with landlords.
