KING XCLUZIONZ concert moment -
Inspired by the song “The Emptiness Machine.
@linkinpark was huge during my teen days, and Chester’s missing presence is still felt today.
However, I’m also very excited to hear what Emily Armstrong can bring to the table! Her voice is powerful!

A fun logo project for the band!

This band of misfits is called KING XCLUZIONZ! (If you read it literally in Korean, you might be able to get it lol)

It’s fun to use Illustrator from time to time, it’s quite a versatile program!

Finally, the mastermind of the band, Jin (진) ! The youngest of the bunch and lost in the sauce with music, he’s responsible for making the music for the band!

Whilst a bit of an eccentric character, he does his best to keep the motley band in check with a cool head.

Dun (둔) is the name for this guy and he’s hard to miss. Quiet in nature, He works as a mobster of sorts in the world of crime, but has dreams of becoming the best drummer in the world.

The main vocal for the group! Her name is Hee (희) and she has a bit of a temper. This isn’t her first rodeo, as she’s a bit of a band-hopper

Reluctant at first, but she joined Han, without realizing what kind of group she joined into…!

This dude’s back, along with some new band members I was working on in my off times! Wanted to approach more on the music sides of things. Excited to share!

Oh yeah, dude’s name is Han!

I was instantly interested to see how @marathonthegame was going to develop after seeing @bungie ‘s first trailer for it. The graphic realism on it was so mesmerizing to look at. After seeing the new runners, Blackbird became my instant favorite (excited for thief too!) had to do

Had a straightforward idea I really wanted to try whilst being more open to the tools available in clip studio to be more flexible.

- A once renowned facility - now abandoned - with some remnants of the past being consumed for survival. Something has also made it its home.

[Michael Lee @michael_lee_art]

Working on this reminded about being “involved”in the creative process again, which was a nice slap on the wrist.

- Respecting nature for both its beauty and horrors is the first step of being a courier.

A revisit on an old idea. With some tweaks. The unpredictable nature of the job is an occupational hazard.

Black Myth Wukong inspired Journey to The West fan art. A bit late but the game was phenomenal!

Ultraman Rising was worth the wait! The art direction was amazing, it was inspiring.

Let’s rock with a ddokaebi! A modern Korean shaman that uses rock music to vibe with a spirit. Was making a quick character page but this comp was lingering in my head for a while. Fun times.

Godzilla Minus One was an amazing film. Watching it in black and white really captured the horror and monstrosity of Godzilla and the emotions of the characters involved were on point. Spur of the moment, made a quick poster look.

“What kind of girl do you like?”

Low key best character, wished she got more screen time.

Yuji Itadori (slight spoiler)

Been on a weird streak to do #jjk fan art, but I think what intrigued me the most is the way Gege Akutami draws his eyes. There is a sense of dread yet when a character needs to be determined, they do be determined.

Yuji’s redemption soon 🤞
