@SingaporeAir - disgusted how my booking has been dealt with - basically increasing an already booked flight by Β£1,300 to access at VTL flight - am requesting a refund. 90 min wait to speak to someone - how can i speak to Customer Services directly to resolve?
@SingaporeAir Thank you - have now found out that by submitting the online form, my booking as been automatically cancelled - I was expecting a call from the company to outline the options NOT just cancel. NOT good customer service - how can I resolve this by actually talking to someone?
