@GlenoraAg I know exactly how much they cost… and when I went there to get one they said you should not be breaking that…. But we do have 6 in stock…!! We break at least one a year, we are better at welding them up now once we got the bill…
@AgLeaderTech this photo shows that implement behind tractor is still turning the corner but in fact it’s straight behind the tractor. Configuration is tractor, seeder cart, seeder bar but we are unable to set up with multiple pivot points.Any solutions to this problem yet? Thanks
Gday all, bit of a Hail Mary but wondering if anyone knows of a 5333 or 5365 sprayer parked up somewhere that would have a good hydraulic pump on it. Our 5365 done the pump in 10 days ago and we can’t get a new one in the country until 13th may. 0429104166 if you have anything!
@Tomcurnow10 @CodyJHar Awesome, looks good. Guessing the circular platform is up high so the larger ring will clear the frame/hook up point..? Look forward to seeing the final product…, I better get my welder out I think…
@Tomcurnow10 @CodyJHar Good stuff Tom, did you end up getting something sorted for a pipe unwinding mechanism/design for telehandler? We are looking to do something similar. Made a dodgy cart on an old trailer last year but wasn’t ideal.
For sale 1380 Convio Flex front. Left hand frame damage in season 22. Front repaired and new mats for season 23. Used only for 180ha of direct heading beans in 23 season and ran without fault. Still a great front with lots of life left in it. Approx 620 hours total use. $110k inc
Bit of an update on tile drained paddock… Photo explains results so far. Right hand wheat paddock had the tile drains installed. Wheat on left didnt… #tiledrain#farmdrainage
@R_BAgriculture We have an open outflow tench we dug with excavator that runs to a salt lake. We are lucky to have that close by as a place for a water to run to.
@phil_honey@gsandral Yea have been following a bit of your work, looks very interesting. We have put about 11km of pipe in on this project so far in runs of about 500 meters each pipe. Keep up the good work, will have to get in touch for a discussion sometime soon.
@CodyJHar Target depth on install was about 600mm. We have had approx 220mm since it was laid, had had about 115mm before we seen any water start to flow out of pipes.
@LiddellClaying At 18 meters at this stage. From research this may not be close enough in heavy clay soils. Prepared I may have to go closer in future. Still very much learning as we go
@niels_corfield No not specifically. Large open outflow trench on lower side of paddock approx 2m deep that pipes drain to does allow a bit of surface water to drain into in spots.
@ScottYoung6311 Pretty much full grid, 18meter spacing running parallel to open outflow trench across paddock. Taking into account very flat paddock with main elevation change in billabongs. Elevations maps were taking into account on drainage plan
