Think: a company called AFTRACO demands Sh20B for the Talanta Stadium land. If you’re a sane government spending public money prudently, you walk away and use the next available public land. RFUEA grounds, is a public land, already a sports facility 2km away.

But NO. But this is Kenya. The goal was never a stadium. It was a land heist dressed up as development. Pay compensation, inflate construction costs then say stadium costs ballooned. Madness. Stop insulting our intelligence.
