@Carvana Shame on me. Bought a car for my son. 800 miles later the rear brakes made the car undrivable. I had to immediately replace. Chatted with Carvana. Told to call claims. Called them, recording hung up on me because warranty expired. What a joke! Buyer beware and get an inspection!

@UPS@LFC@UPS After 10 phone calls, hold times approaching 4 hours total. I am still no closer to resolution. I shipped a $2,000 telescope in original shipping, my recipient got it in pieces. You sent me a check for $100….really? I’ll take my telescope back - guess what - you lost it!!!
@UPS - one of the worst customer experiences of my life! Currently been on hold and transferred 4 times. This is my 10th phone call concerning a claim. I get it...I forgot to fill in the declared value - you sent me a check for $100 to cover a $2,000 telescope you destroyed!
@UPS I cannot believe this is the policy. I am not a professional shipper! In any case, I want my damaged product back - it was sent to your Damage Clerk in Sunnvale - Guess what - no one knows where it is!!!
