@markdero7 highlights Salvador Perez and Bobby Witt Jr. as the @Royals stormed into Cleveland yesterday and swept the doubleheader to move within a game of the Guardians atop the AL Central ⚔️
The @Royals have won 55 of their first 100 games for the third time in the last 40 years.
The other two times -- 1985, 2015 -- they won the World Series.
@JasonKohls@MrsHannaLehr@androo88@SJNeill13 I think wordy sentences are worth avoiding a possessive title. I'd use the titles as normal and add Taylor when necessary. "In Taylor's 'The Man,' she uses themes of....while Taylor's themes in 'Cruel Summer' are..." From what I googled, a title in quotes can't be possessive.
@JasonKohls@MrsHannaLehr@androo88@SJNeill13 I love that you tagged me in this. My take is that a title can’t be possessive. Since Taylor Swift wrote the themes and I’m a Swiftie, I’d give credit where credit is due. However, if you want to make the song title possessive, my vote is “The Man’s” themes.
I know it’s very 2015 of me but I have a blog now! Had to find a new outlet to post all my thoughts since I don’t dump them into a college newspaper column anymore. Read it if ya want!

I was 7 when Virginia Tech happened, 13 when Sandy Hook happened, and not even born yet when Columbine happened. I was 18 when I wrote a poem that I prayed would lose its relevancy. Today, I’m 22. How has nothing changed?
I wrote this last year after a nightmare I had post-Parkland. Unlike too many students in the US, I got to wake up. Every day that this poem is relevant is a day that we’ve failed as a country. #STEMshooting
