🚨🚨Breaking– The Two Israeli war Crimimals Who Were Arrested In Belgium Are Now Located in Amsterdam Netherlands

The #HindRajabFoundation, in collaboration with #GLAN, has filed an urgent criminal complaint with the Dutch authorities calling for their immediate arrest.

These individuals are accused of:

Direct attacks on civilians and civilian infrastructure,

Torture, unlawful detention, and the use of human shields,

The deliberate destruction of homes, hospitals, and agricultural land,

And the creation of life-threatening conditions aimed at destroying the Palestinian population in whole or in part — acts constituting genocide under international law.

One of the suspects is a military commander, with operational responsibility for these crimes.

At this time, it remains unclear whether they were legally permitted to leave Belgium, or whether they are now fugitives evading justice.

In response, the HRF has submitted an urgent legal complaint to the Dutch Public Prosecution Service, calling on the Netherlands to:

Locate and arrest the suspects immediately,

Initiate criminal proceedings under the Dutch universal jurisdiction framework,

Or extradite them to a competent state for prosecution.

Under the Genocide Convention, the Geneva Conventions, the Rome Statute, and Dutch national law, the Netherlands has a binding legal obligation to act. Allowing these individuals to transit freely would constitute a serious violation of international law and offer impunity to perpetrators of mass atrocity.

The Dutch authorities now bear direct legal and moral responsibility.
