Been employed as a gardener for 1 year, 8 months, worked my way up to a team leader with a pay increase, a company vehicle and a phone and I'm beyond fucking proud of myself

My jobs sitting on the line with potential of being let go in 6 weeks and it's so heartbreaking. Love the job wae all my heart
...but tbh I've done a job that I LOVE for a year with no qualifications and I still can't believe how lucky I get in life
