@SamsungUK Thanks, but I already have an appointment to drop it off at a Samsung repair centre on Saturday morning so we'll see what comes from that..

Is quality control getting worse? Three items of tech bought this year all had issues:
- Hisense 65" £900 TV: Bad greyscale/'Dirty Screen Effect'
- Samsung Galaxy Flip 5: Screen issue with black blotch on hinge
- Meta Quest 3: Dead pixel

Meta Quest 3 box serial number different from headset/controllers by design.

Tried returning one to @Argos_Online and was denied the return because their system only accepts returns if the serial number on the box matches the item!

[Meinte @MichaelAdamson]

@hayleyzmarie @OculusSupport @Argos_Online Exactly the same thing has just happened to me today, 3 years later. Argos STILL havent sorted their system out.

The words 'fraudulent return' were used when I was trying to get a meta quest 3 with a dead pixel replaced.

Absolutely shocking from @Argos_Online newtownabbey

@DETONATEDcom crashes the game on PC when using this operator skin

[Meinte @MichaelAdamson]

@RavenSoftware The new kawaii bonbon operator skin is causing my warzone game to crash on PC. Consistently crashing when using that operator skin, fine with other skins

[Meinte @MichaelAdamson]

@LinusTech Oh, did a new verge PC building video drop? 🤣

@NIElectricity electric off in BT40 since 6am this morning. Your status check website just says estimated restoration time not available 'update to follow' and that the fault is due to equipment failure. Any chance of an update?
