#gamedev people - the average age of gamers is rising. They arent 12 year olds anymore. As such they have more responsibilities and less free time.

If you want people to enjoy and *crucially* actually PLAY your game- Dont pull this kinda shit.

Its not fun, and it wastes time.

My son has set the house up with a Pi-Hole. It’s a raspberry pi running Ad blocking on the whole house’s network.

We’re a few hours in and we’re seeing effects, as well as some teething problems.
