@MercedesBenzUK I'm really stressed, arrived at 7.30am waited till 9.30am to be told someone cancelled it, I had to call to try to sort the problem out, lady said I have been refunded some money, though that's a pain as I've lost my maintenance plan, and have to arrange another service.

Please stay home everyone, I'm gutted a friend passed away last night after having symptoms that started on Sunday just gone. Rob was 60 and a lovely bloke one of life's good ones, he was at home and passed before the paramedics could get to him.
