@bcpoli Latest poll aggregations suggest much improved chances of a significantly-sized BC Green caucus after October 19th. Check out https://t.co/Plmxxa4sbf
@bcpoli Latest comments from BC Centre for Policy Alternatives essentially prefer BC Green's policy on climate action over that of BC NDP. Conservative Party (federally and provincially) of course, have no policy.
@Bambammon Right on ... His logic is faulty, too. Without independent, judicially enforceable constitutional arrangements, the "democratic accountability" he attempts to rely on as a substitute, is as mega-fragile, since the courts could not then block a law suspending elections.
Leave the Carbon Tax alone ! There are lots of other taxes long overdue for axing, or at least, rate reductions.
Singling out the carbon tax as "THE tax to axe" is almost a self-confession of finding the analysis of complex economic issues, a bit too mentally demanding.
@nspector4@TerryGlavin@globeandmail The only way to get others who need to do more, to do more, is to not drag our own feet. Don't encourage complacency about climate change. There is quite enough of that around already.
.@s_guilbeault: our futures are non-negotiable. Be brave AND smart from an ecological-economic point of view, and commit to a fossil fuel phase-out at #COP27. https://t.co/OSETdrEL7h
URGENT: #COP27 is almost over and Canada is refusing to join India, the US & the EU in committing to a “fossil fuel phase out.” But phasing out oil & gas is essential for a #JustTransition.
@s_guilbeault, be the climate leader you claim to be. Commit to phasing out fossil fuels.
@dogwoodbc @angusreidorg Voters in #elxn44 viewing climate change as the most important single issue should vote Green, not anything else, except perhaps where Cons could really win. Voting GPC sends the strongest signal to all other parties.
@avilewis It is EMPHATICALLY not good news for those of us for whom climate change is a top concern, that the Green vote might be lower. No other party (sorry @avilewis ) prioritizes Climate Action like the GPC.
I just signed this petition calling on @ElectionsCan_E to un-cancel the Vote on Campus program! #elxn44

If that's what you think @avilewis , there are better ridings for you to run in than West Vancouver - Sunshine Coast - Sea to Sky - Greens came second to the Liberals there in 2019, not the NDP.
@avilewis When there is a conflict between union interests and the environment, the BC NDP chooses the unions every time. Is the federal NDP any better ?
@avilewis Then why the heck are you planning to run for federal NDP in a riding in which, in 2019, the Green Party candidate came closer to beating the Liberals than the NDP ?
@IntuitAcctsCA
How can these guys (Intuit ProFile support) go home at 5:00 PM EST on April 30th ? CRA says issue with E-filing of T1s today is confined to ProFile users !
@intuitcanada CRA e-file help desk says T1 e-filing problem occurring today (April 30th) is confined to ProFile users. But ProFile support has gone home for the weekend !
@intuitcanada CRA E-File HelpDesk says the errors being received when attempting T1-efiling today are confined to ProFile users. But ProFile Help has gone home for the weekend !
@PierrePoilievre - Remember also, that you are comparing an aggregate liability (balance sheet item) to an annual flow measure (GDP) not to national net worth.
